I had never been interested in taking a spin class until I was recently convinced by a friend to try a class at The Handle Bar with the promise of brunch afterwords. Am I the only one who didn’t know that you can take a spin class in a dark room with music blasting and fun lights?! It was amazing – I felt both energized and exhausted and can’t wait to go back!
Workout classes are such a great way to get out and get moving. They motivate you to work harder, they are a great way to spend time with friends while fitting exercise into your busy schedule, and they can be fun!
The list of fitness classes you can try is endless; CrossFit, boxing, spin, yoga, barre, tabata, boot camp, zumba, rock climbing, trampoline classes, the list goes on and on. If your feeling adventurous you can even try a pole dancing class (let us know how it goes – we’re curious)!
